Fort Langley and a quick dash to the UK

Our drive from Whistler ended in Fort Langley, which is a small village community in the Township of Langley and is the home of Fort Langley National Historic Site, a former fur trade post of the Hudson’s Bay Company. In recent years, many of the village’s old buildings have been restored and new buildings have to follow strict style guidelines to match the heritage appearance, it does feel like you’ve taken a couple of steps back in time here. Fort Langley was the perfect spot for Warwick to stay on his own, the campsite was safe and the town was only a five minute walk away….. Elizabeth had to do a quick 2 night dash to the UK to perform her Godmotherly duties for the gorgeous Wilbur!
